We recognize that sometimes our dream item isn't as dreamy in person. If you’re not satisfied with your purchase we are happy to provide you with a return in the form of STORE CREDIT. This request must be made within 7 days of receiving your item. The $4.95 shipping costs will be covered by the customer.
If you send back items that are NOT APPROVED for returns, we will ship it back to you at YOUR EXPENSE.
**Love bangles are FINAL SALE. Therefore, no exchanges or returns are allowed.
If an item arrives broken, you MUST notify our company within 24 hours of arrival. If it is past 24 hours, we will not be liable for replacements.
Purchases including gifts are not valid for returns. If there is size issue, the customer is able to exchange for the same item in a different size. Shipping is covered by customer.
Once an order has been placed. We can not simply “cancel” your order. If your item has not been shipped and you have changed your mind; We can refund your payment IN THE FORM OF STORE CREDIT.

On your email please provide your order number, and reason for exchange/ store credit.
We will send you a return label for you return within 24 hours of your request. The items must be shipped back within 3 business days; this means we must see a shipment scan within 3 business days!
All return labels cost 4.95 and will be taken out of your store credit.
Once we received the item(s) back, we will inspect each item to make sure they are in their original/ unworn condition. You will be notified of your store credit within 5 business days.
Mail Fraud Notice: Our small company has ZERO tolerance for mail or credit card fraud. We will file a police report for anyone attempting to do so. No exceptions!
